Keyword searches will work only if during data entry and/or import of catalogue records, the library has actually generated keywords. By keywords in NewGenLib, we mean single words that are selected from all the title fields (main title, uniform title, series title) and notes fields including the summary note in records. Keyword indexes exclude stopwords, i.e., commonly used words such as prepositions, and articles such as A, The, An, etc., general terms which have little significance in searches.
